Shipping Policy
While our business objective for the future is to deliver unmatched service worldwide, presently, ffclothing.biz only ships within Nigeria. We base our shipping charges on the delivery option selected by you. There are two delivery options;
1. Delivery is made when goods are available
2. Delivery is made when all items in the order are available.
If option one (1) is selected then items in your order will be shipped to you when the items are available. See lead times below. If we need to send you the shipment more than once, then we would charge you for each shipment. This option will require you to pay more for your shipment.
The second option means we will ship only when all items are available. This option is cheaper but may take longer to deliver. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, then we would charge you for each shipment.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard Shipping Information
All items will be shipped using DHL Standard shipping charges within Nigeria. All items will be delivered next business day (NBD).
Below is a chart that lists all the standard shipping costs for orders placed with ffclothing.biz. We will ship to our collection points in the designated states below and will require that you pick up your items from the points nearest to you.

Tracking Your Order
When can you track your order?
When your order is shipped off by DHL, we would immediately inform you via email and provide you with the DHL tracking number, which will come with all our shipped items to you.
Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find:
Check your email. You will receive emails at the email address you supplied during checkout; keeping you up-to-date on your order status.
Visit the DHL Nigeria website. Go to the Track Your Shipment section 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.
Contact us.
If you still have questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service team via email or call us at 234-1-790-5190.
The status of your order is supplied by ffclothing.biz and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a DHL whose tracking information you will be provided with until your order is delivered.
We do everything we can to fill your order completely. From time to time, something that was ordered may not be available anymore. If that happens to your order, please accept our apologies. We'll let you know by sending you an email. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it. Don't worry, though, we will ship the rest of your order just as you asked.
In-Stock Items
ffclothing.biz strives to process orders for instock items within one business day of receipt of order. Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on Sundays and national holidays.
Return Policy
At ffclothing.biz, we want you to have an online shopping experience better, cheaper and safer than you would when standing inside a store.
You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit, or style reasons within 5 business days of receipt of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
Endeavour to keep your receipt in order to speed up the process of returns.
As a retail outlet, ffclothing makes every effort to stock items that are widely acceptable and attractive to the majority. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that neither your size nor style will be available at the time of your visit to our website. As a result, we encourage you, our customers, to make personal orders of items, that you sight on our website but are not in stock.
“Our promise to you on your personal orders is to make items available within two (2) weeks of order”.
Please note that for all orders to be effective, you are required to deposit 50% of the total cost of the items being ordered.
